   Scope

   These terms cover orders placed with Stamatis Barboutis Ltd through this site or by phone.

2. 02

   Availability and prices

   Everything is subject to availability. Stock counts come from our warehouse sheet and are confirmed by phone before an order is final. Prices are in euro and include VAT at 19 percent.

3. 03

   Age

   Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 or over. Documentary proof of age is required at handover.

4. 04

   Orders

   An order placed on this site is a request to buy. It becomes final when we confirm availability with you by phone. If we cannot supply something you have already paid for, we refund that item in full, by the same payment means, at once.

5. 05

   Payment

   You can pay by card on Stripe's secure page when you order, on delivery, or at the warehouse when you collect. Orders that are not paid online are reserved for 48 hours.

6. 06

   Withdrawal and returns

   If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The withdrawal button labelled "Withdraw from contract here" sits in the footer of every page. The full policy, including the model withdrawal form, is on the returns page.
