Returns and withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. The 14 days count from the day you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the goods; if an order arrives in parts, from the last part. The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers; orders placed for a business do not carry it.

To withdraw, use the button labelled "Withdraw from contract here" in the footer of every page, send us the model withdrawal form below, or send any clear statement to our email address. The deadline is met if you send your declaration before the 14 days run out.

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal declaration, by the same payment means you used, including the cheapest standard delivery we charged. We may hold the refund until we have the goods back or you show proof of sending them. If you paid in cash, we refund in cash at the warehouse or by bank transfer, whichever you prefer.

You may check the goods the way you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. For a bottle that has been opened, the loss in value can be the whole price.

Some bottles carry a seal for health protection or hygiene reasons. Where such a seal is broken after delivery, the law allows the return to be declined. We state this here, before you order.
